Doctoral Extern
Currently Accepting New Clients
Hi! I’m Sabrina, a doctoral extern who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and their families. I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and know that their unique strengths are valued.
I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Chestnut Hill College. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
Before beginning my doctoral training, I spent three years working with children on the autism spectrum and their families. This experience taught me the importance of building strong relationships and tailoring support to each child’s individual needs, interests, and ways of connecting with others.
In therapy, I work to help children and adolescents better understand their emotions and feel more confident communicating what they need. I take a person-centered, strengths-based approach, bringing creativity and flexibility to each session. Depending on the client, therapy may include conversation, games, or activities that make learning new skills feel more natural and engaging.
I also believe caregivers are an important part of the therapeutic process and value the opportunity to collaborate with families. My goal is to create a space where clients feel supported and understood.
