At The LEAP Clinic, we can provide educational consultation services to help provide guidance for parents as they support their children in school. To achieve this goal, we can help provide information about different resources available to students, help parents learn how to best advocate for their child at school, and educate parents on different accommodations and/or services that can be provided through the school district and community.

Services may include the following:

• An interview with parents and student

• Review of previous evaluations and school records

• Discussion about the findings for parents to better understand previous evaluations

• Behavioral observations at school

• Written summary of observations/recommendations

• Support at school meetings in support of a 504 Accommodation Plan or IEP meetings

Educational consultation services can range from a one time appointment to multiple appointments for support over the course of an academic year based on your child's needs. Cost of services are billed at an hourly rate of $165.
